Sunday, January 18, 2009It's really good, i love bak kut teh, probably the only pork based food i like. Love the soup, love the meat, love the ue cha queh (don't know how to spell) though i don't really like the fat....eek!
I ate one bowl this morning and i didn't have to eat lunch! yeah!! bak kut teh is the ultimate fuel!! lol.
To me, i like klang bak kut teh, because the soup is really dark in colour, and thus, loads of flavour! KL bak kut teh is ok, but really light in colour and watery...
So conclusion? if you want to eat Bakt kut teh come to klang! And all the klang people go... YEAH!!!!
